What should I Bring to CONTODO Summer Camp?

• Your Best Self (duh)

• Your Bible

• Enough Clothes for 3 days (Bring comfortable summer clothes and workout/sports attire)

• Toiletries, Person Hygiene Products, and Flip-Flops (Public Showers are YUCKY)

• SunScreen, Bug Repellent and Deodorant (The Holy Trinity of Camping)

• A Pillow, Bedsheets and a Blanket, a Towel and a bathing suit (keep it classy)

Cash for the ConTodo POP-UP Shop (we will have snacks and APPAREL for sale)

* Things to leave at home: bad attitudes, drugs and alcohol, lighters, weapons and anything else that you have to think twice about.

*If ANYONE, is found with any of the above mentioned prohibited items, or if they are found to be violation of the code of conduct, they will be asked to leave the campgrounds immediately at the the expense of the responsible party.

What Safety Precautions does CONTODO observe?

  • Every ADULT volunteering to work as part of our organization must pass a criminal background check prior to their arrival at camp.

  • We will have a dedicated team of people solely focused on the SAFETY & WELLBEING of all attendees DURING* the camp. *CONTODO is not responsible for securing or providing transportation to or from the campground and is not liable for anything beyond the immediate premises of the camp.

  • Licensed Medical Proffesional on STAFF for Emergency Care

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations will be honored as requested, BUT unfortunately, we DO NOT offer refunds. Tickets are non-transferable. This policy applies to staff, leaders, volunteers, chaperones, pastors, and attendees/campers.

What are the Medication Protocols?

  • Attendees must only carry the necessary dosage of medication to be required for the duration of their stay at CONTODO Summer Camp. Medications should be in a clear plastic bag labeled with the attendees name, date of birth and emergency contact information.

  • Attendees will be responsible for carrying and administering their own medications unless accompanied by an adult chaperone.

  • In the event that an adult chaperone is not available to assist with the administration of a EMERGENCY medication, medical professional will assist as permitted by local laws.

  • All medications must be registered and disclosed on the CONTODO registration form
